By using Lullio ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Lullio is a task management app designed to help you organize and complete tasks. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it to store illegal content.

2. Accounts

You may use Lullio anonymously or create an account via email, Google, or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your Data

You own your task data. We store it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

4. AI Features

Lullio uses AI to score task difficulty. These scores are suggestions based on the task title and your preferences. They are not medical advice. Lullio is a productivity tool, not a medical or therapeutic application. If you have ADHD or any other condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional for guidance.

5. Availability

We strive to keep Lullio available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We do not offer a service level agreement (SLA).

6. Limitation of Liability

Lullio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost data, missed tasks, or reliance on AI-generated scores.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
