Lullio ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: Email address (if you sign up with email), or profile info from Google/Apple sign-in. You may also use the app anonymously.
• Task data: Task titles, descriptions, due dates, difficulty scores, and completion status you create in the app.
• User preferences: Onboarding responses including work time preferences, personal challenges, and strengths — used to personalize task recommendations.
• Usage analytics: Anonymous event data (e.g., features used, session frequency) to improve the app.
• Crash reports: Anonymous error data to fix bugs and improve stability.
• Push notification tokens: Device identifiers for delivering notifications, if you enable them.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Core functionality: Store and display your tasks, track progress, and calculate gamification scores.
• AI difficulty scoring: Task titles and your preferences are sent to a third-party AI service to generate personalized difficulty scores. No other personal data is sent.
• Analytics: Understand usage patterns to improve the app experience.
• Crash reporting: Identify and fix technical issues.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

• Convex — cloud database and backend infrastructure
• OpenRouter — AI API for task difficulty scoring (receives task titles only)
• PostHog — privacy-friendly analytics
• Sentry — crash and error reporting
• Google / Apple — authentication (if you choose social sign-in)

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all associated data — tasks, preferences, progress, and tokens — is permanently removed.

5. Data Security

Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android). All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Request a copy of your data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Disable AI scoring, notifications, and analytics within the app settings

7. Children's Privacy

Lullio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
